Region 92 Team Parent Information
All volunteers need to fill out a volunteer form which will be provided at the meeting or can be filled out online at www.eayso.org.
Please bring a hard copy to the meeting.

AYSO Save Haven Training:
The AYSO "Save Haven" training is mandatory for all Coaches, Asst. Coaches. Team Parents and other volunteers are
encouraged to attend.
